BrandPilot LLC is a Utah software and automation company founded by Andy Savage. This policy describes information handling for brandpilotos.com and related inquiries. Product engagements may include additional privacy notices and agreements that describe the specific implementation.
2. Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, email address, business name, and inquiry details when you contact us. We use that information to respond, discuss product demos or services, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive customer data, passwords, financial account details, or unnecessary personal information.
3. The website contact form
The current form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not submit information to a BrandPilot server or external form provider. Form values are not saved by this site in cookies or browser storage. If you open the draft in your email application and send it, your email service and our email service process that correspondence.
4. Product and customer information
Where a business implements BrandPilot OS, the agreed service may involve lead and customer contact details, inquiry context, conversations, consent records, workflow activity, approval decisions, and operational history. Processing depends on the authorized implementation. The business is responsible for its customer notices and lawful instructions; relevant service agreements define BrandPilot’s role. This public website does not collect that operational data.
5. Technical information, analytics, and cookies
This version of the site uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, or browser storage. Once hosted, infrastructure providers may process basic request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required before use.
6. How information is used and shared
We use information for responding to requests, providing agreed services, maintaining security, resolving issues, and meeting legal obligations. Necessary service providers may process information on our behalf, such as email or hosting providers. Mobile contact information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Communications must relate to the inquiry, relationship, and applicable consent. Contacting us here does not enroll you in an SMS program. For an enabled business messaging channel, reply STOP or contact the sending business to opt out. You can also email BrandPilot for communication concerns. We seek to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Retention varies by the information and engagement; we do not promise a single period for all records.

Email us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or communication preferences. Rights depend on applicable law and our role in processing the information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or permitted by law. For data managed on behalf of a service business, contact that business first; we can help direct the request.

This website and our business services are intended for adults and businesses, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
