BrandPilot / Responsible customer communication is part of the product architecture.

Responsible customer communication is part of the product architecture.

Clear purpose. Appropriate consent. Explicit authority. Messaging controls belong inside the system.

Customer relationships come first.

BrandPilot enables businesses to communicate with customers who have provided appropriate consent or initiated contact. Each workflow must meet the applicable consent, channel, provider, and production requirements before activation.

Messaging may support inbound inquiry response, estimate qualification, approved estimates, appointment coordination, service reminders, service updates, and limited consent-based follow-up.

An inbound inquiry permits a relevant response; it is not blanket permission for recurring or promotional messages. Consent must fit the sender, channel, and purpose. Promotional messaging requires the applicable separate consent.

Clear limits on use.

BrandPilot prohibits use of its messaging workflows for:

Controls before communication.

These are design requirements for messaging workflows. Their implementation and readiness must be verified for each production use.

Consent

Workflows are designed to require appropriate customer and channel context before communication is authorized. Businesses must obtain and retain evidence of required consent.

STOP / opt-out

Recipients can reply STOP to an enabled messaging channel or contact the sending business to request opt-out. Requests are intended to be recorded and future automated outreach suppressed.

Suppression

A suppressed customer or channel must not continue receiving automated follow-up. Workflows must not bypass or silently reverse an opt-out.

Quiet hours

Messaging can be restricted to appropriate communication windows for the recipient.

Frequency controls

Follow-up cadence can be bounded rather than unlimited, with explicit stop conditions.

Owner authority

Businesses can retain human approval over sensitive outbound communication. Approval does not replace required consent.

Auditability

Important decisions, consent context, and messaging state can be preserved for review.

Production gates

Technical connectivity does not automatically enable real customer messaging. Activation requires verified readiness and production authorization.

Current provider status

BrandPilot is not currently representing Twilio as an active production messaging provider.

No active SMS program or SMS enrollment is offered through this public website. Contacting BrandPilot does not subscribe you to marketing texts.
